Open Range Angus offers thick-cut, dry-aged Black Angus steaks that you won't find in grocery stores. Our Black Angus genetics give our steaks perfect marbling. We dry-age the steaks at least 21 days, giving them a robust flavor profile. Our Porterhouse, T-bone, Cowboy Ribeye, KC Strip and Boneless Ribeyes are cut to 1.5" thick, making many of these steaks big enough to feed two. Thick cut steaks allow you to get a nice sear without overcooking them.
