Our Black Angus Stew Meat is a lean, versatile cut. The beef is cut into cubes for the perfect stew, stroganoff or stir fry. Although named "Stew Meat" we use this cut for a wide variety of dishes, including sliced thin in Asian dishes, pasta dishes, stroganoff, soups & stews- the sky is the limit. We like to apply a heavy sear on high heat, then braise it in a dutch oven with beef broth and/or wine and herbs for an hour and a half in the oven.
