Our Round Roasts are dry-aged 21+ days and are perfect for the Instant Pot, Dutch oven and Crock-Pot cooking. We like to season and get a good sear on all sides before braising in liquids such as broths or wine to turn any roast dish into a high-end dish. Leftover roast can be used in a variety of cuisines by adding seasonings when reheating.
