Our half beef consists of approximately 210-230 pounds of beef, $8/lb.
- 100-110 1lb. packages of 85/15 lean ground beef.
- 110-120 pounds of a variety of steaks and roasts.

You will be charged $200 today to reserve the meat. The balance due will be invoiced at the time of delivery based on final weight of boxes.

Note, the half beef is different from the custom half beef. You get the same cuts from each, however, the custom half beef is custom ordered and only available at certain times of the year.
