Known as America's beef roast, the Bone-in Chuck Roast offers full beefy flavor with nice marbling. Our roasts are dry-aged 21+ days, adding additional flavor and tenderness. We like to season and sear our roasts on all sides before cooking them low and slow. Roasts can be used with traditional flavors or in Mexican or Asian cuisines. The sky is the limit!
