FAQ

Question: When will my order arrive?

Answer. We ship all packages via UPS.  A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.  Make sure someone will be available on that selected date to receive the package and place it in the refrigerator or freezer.  We will not be responsible for packages that are left unattended beyond the requested delivery date.

** Please note that deliveries during holidays may require an extra day of transit.  Please order early to ensure you receive your product on time!

  

Question: How long will my beef/pork last?

Answer. Product can be stored in a refrigerator for 7 days. Frozen beef and pork will be safe indefinitely (United States Department of Agriculture). Remember to refrigerate or freeze items upon receiving them. 

Question: What if my beef or pork appear brown?

Answer. This is normal, that brown color is a result of the oxygen being taken out of the vacuum sealed package. Once the beef or pork is thawed and exposed to oxygen, some of the red or pink color will return.

 

Question: How will my beef and pork be packaged? 

Answer. Our beef/pork are vacuum packed.

  

Question: My dry ice has melted, is my beef/pork still good?

Answer. It is common for dry ice to evaporate during the shipping process. As long as your steaks are cold to the touch; they are absolutely OK to eat. If your product arrived at room temperature please contact us right away at sales@ampanhandlebeef.com.

 

Question: How can I track my order? 

Answer. We ship all of our products via UPS and send all shipping notifications and tracking numbers to the email that was used to place the order. 

 

Question: What forms of payment do you accept?

Answer. We accept all major Credit Cards.

 

 

Question: Why does A&M Panhandle Beef ship all cut meat products frozen?

Answer. In order to assure a safe and wholesome product arrives at your door, our beef and pork is immediately frozen product after cutting to lock in freshness.

 

Question: What is your Return policy?

Answer. Due to the perishable nature of our products we ask that you do not return them unless otherwise instructed by our support team.

 

Question: What is your Refund policy?

Answer. Please contact us for any questions about receiving a refund on your order. Refunds will be approved on a case by case basis. Extended shipping delays from the carrier will result in your order being re-shipped at no charge.
