Our Dry-Aged Angus Burgers are rich and full of flavor. The burgers are 21+ days dry-aged and made into 1/3 lb. patties. Hamburger patties are nice to have around for quick meals (throw them on the grill chilled or even frozen) or for convenience when serving a crowd.

- 6 - 1/3 lb. Burger Patties (2lbs.)
*Keep the patties juicy by keeping them cold until just before the patty hits the grill or pan. Sitting out at room temperature will slowly melt the flecks of fat, resulting in a potentially dry burger. Wait to season until immediately before cooking.
