You know the delicious sausage balls you've had at holiday gatherings? These steak balls are a level-up, and loved by all. Tender, rich and full of flavor, these are the perfect appetizer for any gathering. Steak balls are super easy and feed a crowd.
- 1lb. Ground Steak
- 2 C. Bisquick
- 2 C. Grated smoked gouda, greyere or sharp white cheddar
- 2 T. Liquid smoke
- 2 T. Worchestershire
- 1 T. Hot sauce of your choice
- Kosher salt
- Fresh cracked pepper
In a large mixing bowl mix all ingredients with your hands, just until mixed. Be sure not to over overwork. Roll into balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 350* for 16-18 minutes.
